selectshop.at
Expired token could be at least also a problem of server cache. There also nothing changed the last days on Prestashop settings or server ?
ietax
the SSL certificate has been renewed
selectshop.at
Well, so the tokens all expired. This is correct behavior. The error was only once, or are you having this error continuously ? Where are you seeing the error ? BO, FO, Check-out process ? Did you already tried to delete cache (browser and smarty) ?
ietax
Hi, hosting told me that had replaced the SSL certificate with a let's encrypt. I have errore everytime I try to open product detail page, from this morning. If I disabel paypal module, the product details loads correctly, with the module activated I get 500 error I cleaned cache.
selectshop.at
In this case ask for support of your provider. I'm sure the problem is not with paypal module, but the new let's encrypt installed. If your provider cannot fix, than you could give a try to refresh your api settings on your paypal account.
bellini13
lets rule out the SSL certificate by disabling SSL in the back office and then trying the front office again under http. if it continues to give you an error, then the issue is unrelated to the SSL certificate. Its also possible that you recently updated the Paypal module? Or perhaps changed the paypal module configuration? I would suggest opening the Paypal module configuration page and disable Paypal Login feature. That is the part that is failing and confirm that the product page is now working. If so, then the issue could be with your Client ID or Secret
ietax
Thanks, if i disable PAYPAL LOGIN i have no error 500 and product page working good
Wallgrind.nl
This is propally not related to SSL Turn off SSL and SSL for all pages Clear full cache of your shop via FTP Rewrite your HTTACCES by turning off friendly url, (backup the httacces) (just in case), delete httacces and turn on friendly httacces to regenerate htttacces Please try again and then turn on SSL again
