MrBaseball, are you saying that without SSL GC will process an order but will not let PS register an order?

I'm saying that you won't get notifications from Google Checkout.

My GC is working on PS 1.32 without SSL. GC processes the order and sends an email notifying me of the order, I then have to log into GC to retrieve the order details. There is no record in PS of the order. Is this what you're experiencing?
