What is the best way to list a range of paints ?

I want to add a range of paints to my shop, and naturally they come in a range of colours, but they also come in types or classes, So I have :

EG Red Base

      Red Layer

      Red Technical

      Red Glaze

Is it best to use feature or attribute ?

You should use attributes because they will be notified in an order. Features are not mentioned in orders so you dont know which feature is used.

You only use features to get the possibility for visitors to filter their searches or to clarify the product features.
