Whitehut
Hi Everyone First post on here as im working on a new project and I really hope you can help - my emails are not sending from my prestashop site, the test emails send fine and get received ok but new customer registrations etc are not being sent and not being logged. It did work before I uploaded a couple of modules but i have since removed them. I think what i need is the original email files but I dont know which folders they are stored in. Any thoughts or ideas ? Thanks Allan

ecommerce16
Normaly this module comes with prestashop: https://www.screencast.com/t/0gPpyBmeFdQo If not, you can take it from the attached zip, just upload it into your backoffice and install mailalerts.zip
bellini13
But are we talking about mail alerts really here? That only sends the admin a new order notification. But the topic states that all emails are not being sent. The first place I would look is the Email page in the back office, and confirm that the option to send emails is not disabled. The next thing I would do, is confirm what (if any) overrides you have installed. Look in the overrides folder and subfolders for any php files. You can also disable overrides and non-ps modules in the back office advanced parameters > performance page and confirm if that fixes the issue. If it does, then you have a module or override causing the issue
Whitehut
Hi everyone This has been solved , not sure how yet as an independant dev took a look and one of the modules had an issue but I will update when I know more. Thanks for jumping in and helping
