Strange Error File in img directory

Hello,
I've just noticed a file in my img directory that looks strange
It's named 88141.php and looks like this

I have another one of these on another site but named 111698.php

I don't have these files on my local install
Is there something wrong ?

That's a real hack attempt.
Ask your hosting service to give you the access log of your website, you need to find what happened !
