JDH
Hello, I'm starting to use Prestashop to create my e-shop (version 1.7.2.3 ) I will sell my products to start, in Latin America and in Belgium. But using the same e-shop (only changing the country or language option), I would like to display in some cases different products, if customer arrives on Latin America page or Belgian page. (For example, one product could be specific for the Latin market as another would be for the Belgian one and then not available for the other market). Question: what add-on can I use to differentiate my displayed products related to the localisation? What solution do I have (as not all products will be saleable in all localisations)? Many thanks
selectshop.at
You have the geolocation solution on board. Tab "preferences -> geolocation". BUT: let me say one thing about this: geolocation is not 100% working thing. What if user is on vacation on another country ? What if user is using proxies ? Geolocation will fail. And that is the reason for that you will find only few solutions using this technique. A geolocation by product is not available. What you can do is to add customer groups to your shop and sort the products also by these groups. Another possibility is to use different sites, i.e. multishop option.
