Pagination on category page not WOrking PLs Helppp

My pagination on category page has suddenly stopped working IT shows page 1 correctly but starts showing wrong URL for page 2 or any other pagination link. I can see that it starts somehow missing the main domain name in the link Someing like this 

https://www.wowshoppee.com//index.php?id_category=11&controller=category This is the first page The Second page Should be 

https://www.wowshoppee.com//index.php?id_category=11&controller=category&p=2 but the pagination links omit man domain address and show

https://index.php/?id_category=11&controller=category&p=2 They are missing the primary domain name. I am going mad about this Pls any body help
