Dries Dauwe
Hi, I recently installed Prestashop 7.2. I sell and ship internationaly except for alcohol. Due to legislation, I can not sell to customers in other countries but Belgium. Therefor, I made a new carrier that only ships to Belgium. I changed the available carriers for every bottle of alcohol in my product list to the Belgian carrier. When I buy a bottle of alcohol on the website and continue to checkout and shipping. I notice that only the Belgian Carrier is listed --> with a Belgian login. When I use a foreign address, the website informs me there is no carrier. which is good. BUT.... When I buy a bottle of alcohol + another item on the website and continue to checkout and shipping, I notice there is another carrier instead of the Belgian one. What could be the solution for my problem? Thanks for your help! Kind regards, Dries
ecommerce16
And does the customer also can order when they set their country to belgium? 1. Maybe you should cancel that other carrier for belgium or 2. It can be simply arranged by blocking those products for certain countries: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/shipping-costs/9047-block-products-by-country.html https://store.webkul.com/Prestashop-Block-Product.html With the geo localization activated it should not be possible Maybe someone else can give you an other option, but this is what i should try.
