Stocks - When out of stock

Hello,

Im using Presta 1.6

Currently I'm editing the shop with over 5000 products.

I found one problem with stocks.

In all 5000 products some1 set the rule: When out of stock ---> Allow order

Should be: Default: Deny orders as set in the Products Preferences page

When there is no product the customer can order it anyway.

 

Is there any chance to edit it globally?
