JoeSchiaffi Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 Hi there, I'm using Prestashop 1.7.2 and it's working great for me and the most part of my customers, however since 20 days that I've opened my shop it's the third customer who left an offlline chat message informing me that he cannot add products to cart. Everytime I've solved making them change browser or clear browser cache but you understand that maybe others with this problem simply left the shop and I lose sales. So, what can this problem be? I've searched through the forum and google and found nothing specific about this, have you some suggestion or are there others merchants with this problem? NemoPS Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 It's hard to tell, it could be anything, perhaps even them having weird extensions enabled or javascript disabled (though it's rare) Can you share the site's url so that we can test it?
