[v1.6.1.17] Order history counts as empty cart

Hello everyone.

So, here it is a new bug we found out in PS 1.6.1.17. Basically, when an user logins and goes into his Order History page in the Account Panel, meanwhile, into the Back Office, PS states he has an empty cart and, as a collateral effect, the follow-up module sends a discount email for abandoned cart.

How to avoid PS noticing empty cart when the user is just looking into his Order History?
