ozan Posted November 21, 2017 Share Posted November 21, 2017 Hi All, I am having a problem in adding a file to Customer Reassurance Module. I add a pdf file to secure payment in customer reassurance module, then click on the save button, I get no notice (Error or successed), and blank page. When I go and check product page > secure payment, there is no link to the file. I am having problem to add any file to customer reassurance section. Any idea for a cause? Thank you in advance. Angelo Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 (edited) I am having the same problem. Tried to add a new policy or modify an existing one. The problem keeps occuring. Suggestions would be very appreciated. Nevermind........apparantly you can only change the security icon with the 'file option'. You cannot add text files there that have to be linked......pitty.
