Where can I edit the delivery note field on checkout page?

Hi friends,

 

I would like to edit the field on the delivery checkout page. Contents this message above: "If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write it in the field below."

I would like to edit the field size so my customers are able to a write long text. Additional I wanna create an header text above the field.

 

Where can I find the file so I can edit HTML, PHP?

You can find that message in your theme files in templates/checkout/_partials/steps/shipping.tpl and templates/customer/_partials/order-messages.tpl
