Blank products and modules pages in Prestashop backend

Hi!

I have local site on Prestashop 1.7.2. Locally it works fine. But when I put it to server then I have some issues: frontend works fine, but in backend when I try to enter in Products page (also Modules page) I receive a blank page. In debug mode I receive this error message:

RuntimeException in Translator.php line 414: The "zip" translation loader is not registered.

I try to clear cache, increasing php memory_limit to 512M and other methods that found in internet.

What is the reason  of this error?

Solution was very simple... I only delete content in folder app/cache and all working right

I'm very surprized that clearing cache from Prestashop backend don't do it fully (only smarty cache).
