Need Help to improve Performance

Hi, we have prestashop version 1.6.1.6,  After set everything still we are getting slow speed we have installed jpresta page cache module also to improve the page speed also. and we have the High availability AWS configuration, But nothing helps to improve the performance. here  I have enclosed the performance settings screenshot and screenshot-dev.balleh.com-2017-11-18-14-47-24.thumb.png.43b3bf868d64ec65bdce9839b0bf21a9.png screenshots In developer mode.  Please help us and give suggestion to improve the performance.

Well the first thing I notice is that your database total query time for this page took 1.4 seconds.  That is way too high and either means you have a poorly configured database server, poorly configured database tables (indexes for example), or poorly written query statements, or a mix of all of it.

There are a couple things I would do first

  1. Install a fresh copy of PS v1.6.1.6 on the same server in a subfolder.  Leave it out of the box settings and run the profile again to see how it works out of the box
  2. Then install a fresh copy of PS v1.6.1.17 on the same server in a subfolder.  Leave it out of the box settings and run the profile again to see how it works out of the box

That will tell you if the issue is with the version of Prestashop being used.  If the profile timings are about the same for both of those versions, then the issue is your server.

 

However if both installs out of the box are better than you have now, then you likely have installed a module or theme or some customization to cause this issue.
