Problem pop-up

I would like to make a pop-up following the click of a put button that is declare in the control, but I could not.Someone has an idea. I want that when I click on the modify button, a popup is displayed, the next step is to recover data from the database in this popup This array is declared in the AdminPriceController.php. and the button in the constructor; $ this-> addActions ('modify');
