Nino59
Hi, I hope someone can help me for this issue. My website bohembohem.com is redirected to https://bohembohem.com/Prestashop/index.php? When I tried to login to admin https://bohembohem.com/admin382acydfe/ I am redirected to https://bohembohem.com/Prestashop/admin382acydfe/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=9f7226b17e986a6b3df7724c08994f3e So I remove this /Prestashop/ in the url and I arrive in a broken login page. So I tried to login but server redirect to a url with this /Prestashop/ again in url. So of course I arrive in some kind of 404 page. Is there any expert who can help me with that. All our ecommerce is going down because since 4 days we are searching a solution. If not, maybe someone could recommand another Eshop software with better quality code? THanks in advance. bellini13
Did you install the store the the /Prestashop folder on your server? Or did you install your store to the root / folder on your server.
Nino59
Hi, I install in a /Prestashop folder Why?
Bill Dalton
For the redirect in your Admin folder check for an .htaccess file and rename it rather than deleting the file. Call it anything ".htaccess-bak" will do fine.
bellini13
If you installed Prestashop into a sub folder named Prestashop, then you need to have Prestashop in the URL This will not work since it does not have the folder Prestashop in the URL (where you installed it) https://bohembohem.com/admin382acydfe/ Why did you install Prestashop into a sub folder if you do not wish to have it in the URL?
