kvaes
After a clean install I experience what appaers to be a common issue. (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/4843/installation_configuration___upgrade/lost_password_the_solution_is_in_the_forum_but_in_french)Yet after applying the suggested fix, I still can't login. When I enter the correct credentials I return to the login screen, yet when I enter a wrong pasword I get a notice that the login failed.Anyone any ideas? So even with www in front of your url you still can't login. Is it correct?
TropischBruin
I had a simular problem and it turned out my name and password was in CAPITALS.
kvaes
Putting www in front of the url & typing the pasword in capitals doesn't fix it. Some thing that might be interesting is that I do use a subdomain (in relation to the www remark). When typing the pasword in uppercase (capitals), I get an error message that the pasword was incorrect.
rschlack
I am having a similar problem. I did a clean install to test the software out. http://shop.schlackman.net is the url. I am using my test server for this. Install went off without a hitch, but I can't login to the admin. If I type the wrong password I get an error. If I type my email and password correct the page refreshes right back to the login page. I tried putting www in the url, but that didn't help. Any ideas?
