How to create product list

Good Morning. 

My problem is this: I need to create a dynamic product list that shows the products of a subcategory within a CMS page (or maybe in category.tpl) . I cannot create the list manually because it is a subcategory that changes products frequently.

I was wondering if someone could help me with the necessary php/smarty/js (?) code.

The more I read your question the less I understand. A CMS page has no products. So how do you want to show them?

Can you shw  a made-up picture of what you want?

I will follow the advice of not reinventing the wheel. I will think about how to refocus the objective using the module "Products on CMS pages"

I would like the list would be generated with the names (and links) of products inside each subcategory.
