Meta Information for Products

Hi,  I was hoping that someone could show me where you can find all the meta information within the script?  What folder has all the meta information for products?

I am using classic 1.7.2.3  full path would be great help.

In the script php/tpl?    I am looking for where the meta tags (in the code somewhere) that takes the information from the back office and puts it into the page.    I hope that this makes it a bit more clear?
