restricted page show blank

Hi

 

I ve limited the access of certain categories so visitors can t see it, but only registered customers.

The problem is that when a visitor open a restricted page, he only gets a total white page, I would like him to get a message like: "Sorry, the access to this category is reserved.  in order to access this category you need to register and ask for permission to access etc.... so they know what they should do!

How to parameter this please?

Or other option to put a code to access the restricted page

is that something included in prestashop or am I supposed to use a module for that?

Is it not possible to parameter that option without entering in the code? through Prestashop options parameters?

If not, how do I find where is the line where i should enter this info?
