What Tax Rule have you created in the back office to use the Tax you defined above? Inside that Tax Rule, you configure things like Country, state, postal code etc... What have you configured? Have you configured your products to use this Tax Rule? During checkout, are you a registered customer/guest within that Country/State configured in the Tax Rule? United States California -- Combine 8.250% Have you configured your products to use this Tax Rule? Is the issue that Tax is not added to the Total amount, or that Tax is not added to the Product amount? the tax is not added on the total amount in shopping cart check out. also I noticed now that in the catalog/product when entering a price either pre-tax retail price, or the retail price with tax it is not automatically calculating the tax in the Retail price with tax box Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
