Display "out of stock" doesn't work (PS 1.7.4.2)

Hello all,

I have a question, on my prestashpo 1.7 I set a message when my product isn't on stock anymore. ( the text changes from "available" to "delivery time 2-3 working days").

Because of some reason (don't know why) it doesn't work anymore. When I have 10pcs of a product and the buyer want to buy 11 pcs, he normally sees the text changing to "delivery time 2-3 working days". But now it doesn't work anymore.

Does some-one knows what to check? As far I can see, all settings are correct .

My settings:

2 on stock, when out of stock, the message "levertijd 2-3 werkdagen" needs to appear:

 

But when I choose to buy 3 items, the other message doesn't appear:

 

Is there something wrong with my settings?

 

Hopefully some-one can help me, because now the costumer doesn't get a message that the order will be delivered later.
