Cart Block in menu - Prestashop 1.6

I am new, and i am sorry for my english.

 

I have a question, I want my cart block in to the menu on the right side.

I have search on internet and i found this link:

I've tried it , but it's not working.

 

is there another way? to get the cart block in the menu?

What's your prestashop version?
If it's 1.6 I have a theme course that covers that specific topic
