Better CSV Import Template and Documentation

I'm working on an AirTable database that I can then export to CSV and import to PrestaShop (1.7).

The CSV import templates located here are slightly confusing once they go beyond the basics.

Not all of the field names match up exactly.
Binary fields sometimes explicitly state that "0=NO, 1=YES", but some just say "(0/1)" for example.

So I'm making a nicer version for internal use that will more closely match up, as well as clearer documentation, expanding on this:

Naturally, I want to contribute back, so are these the best places to do it? Are there any other documents or places I should update too?
