4GLte.eu
PrestaShop logo in left up corner is spinning. After refresh the same. When I press save it gives me: 2 errors Products must be in at least one category. This product must be in the default category. That is of course wrong. I have that all filled in. It saves from time to time but this behaviour is rather random. Any idea?

4GLte.eu
is there any way to debug this issue?
musicmaster
This happens when not all "pages" of the product edit are loaded. Each tab loads as a separate page but they submit as one form. For most people this is a rare phenomena that occasionally happens when their computer or the network is very busy. The first step towards debugging should be to have a look at the page with the categories and to see if you see anything special. As selectshop.at wrote you might also check whether you have some addon module active in this page. You might als check for javascript errors. selectshop.at
If you are on shared host the chance to fix this near to zero. 1 - Activate debug mode. 2 - read server error logs.

selectshop.at
You should debug the errors. Disable all overrides and non-native modules. Clear cache. Read server error logs. Check min server requirements here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/633856-server-requirements-tested-in-production-for-ps-16/ Max_input and mx_execution time should be 300 each.
