Server 500 error after domain change

Hi. 
I ve just changed the domain name of my prestashop installation and now my from office is showing a 500 server error.
After I turned on debug mode it shows:

Hi,

Please regenerate .htaccess file by enable/disable SEO url and then check.

Can you please tell my how?
There is no .htaccess file in my root folder.

If you are using Prestashop 1.6x  then login in admin -> Preferences -> SEO & URLs. 

and If you are using Prestashop 1.7x  then login in admin -> Traffic & SEO -> SEO & URLs.

Here you will find enable/disable friendly url setting.

i just upgrade one store to 1.7,

you need change the domain url in ps_configuration table and ps_shop_url table

please check the premission of the files
