FTP connection

Hi

We are using Prestashop 1.7...no problems so far.

Till our provider (Hetzner) forced us to change all passwords because of a breach.

Now I can reach the dashboard but not the catalogue (white page).

I think we also must change the settings for FTP somewhere in Prestashop backend....?

Does anybody know where and how????

Database password also changed ? If yes, you need to change it on /config/settings.inc.php as well. But it is strange that you can access to back-office and not to front-office, cause for both you need to access to database. Perhaps you are able to login due to some cache option.

If the password in file /config/settingsinc.php is already the new , so activate debug mode and read the errors writing on front-office (blank page).
