Shipping calculation problem

I got a problem which it's driving me crazy because... I don't get where the problem can be.

In the attached images you're watching:

 

1 - What the front is showing: a product which price is 4280$ shows a shipping cost of 368$.
2 - But, the real cost of the shipping for a product with this price must be 344$... 368$ is a shipping cost for another rank of prices. 
3 - There's no handling cost or taxes for this carrier.

What I'm not seeing? What can be the problem?

If anybody can help me, I'm gonna be the happiest person in the world!

Hi there,

I see in the popup cart. Total price = product price + tax = 4 280 + 299.6 = 4 579.6

It mean the shipping cost is 368 $ is correct. Because  4 301 < 4 579.6 < 4 600

Please double check it.

So... I'm a fool 

But I wanna calculate shipping before taxes... is there any way to get that or is it really hard?
