Category product banner doesn t show the picture uploaded,Prestashop 1.7

HI

 

When i edit catalog/category/name of a category, i upload an image in a "category cover image". It uploads it really cause i see the image appearing in the little box, but when i go check on the website, the image doesn t appear in the category banner ...? what can i do?

Did you try to clear your cache?

1) There is a browser cache, but you can come around it by opening incognito window.

2) There is a PrestaShop cache which needs to be deleted.

3) There also might be a server cache.

i opened window incognito, doesn' t appear still

Advanced Parameters -> Performance 

There is a button on the top right to clear the cache.

There are also settings how cache should be handled. 

You could delete the cache and turn it off just for the test.

So I cleared al the cache, it's not that! can it be related to the theme? normally the parameters are in category page so it shouldn't but I opened the incognito page and cleared all, still no banner at all in no page expect the home page (managed by my theme)

I think theme does not display the image. Can you ask theme developer for the help?
