prestashop on nginx / centmin mod - url rewrite issue

Hi,

I want to transfer a working prestashop from a cpanel environment to a vps with centmin mod that uses nginx and I have issues with the friendly url settings.
I found on this link what is the rewrite code that I need to add to nginx but I don't know in what file exactly.
In my server I have 3 config files for nginx :

- /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf
- /usr/local/nginx/conf/conf.d/virtual.conf
- /usr/local/nginx/conf/conf.d/site.com.conf

Does somebody installed a working prestashop on centmin mod and can help me with this issue?

My files are located in this folder /home/nginx/domains/domain.com/public/
