Connection timed out on a fresh installation

Hi,

I'm new with PrestaShop and I'm performing some tests on a AWS environment with LAMPP and Prestashop 1.7

The installation process was fine but now, when I try to access some sections of the backoffice (products  and modules & services for example) I'm getting the following error after 30 seconds of page loading

An exception occured in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection timed out

I understand that there is a timeout at database level and at the current stage, I think it is reasonable to increase this limit but I don't know where is this 30sec parameter configured. Can someone help me?

As this is really unrelated to Prestashop, you should perform some google searching on how to properly configure your mysql server for production usage.  mysql has a my.ini file which contains its configuration, and there are many different options depending on the version of mysql and the type of database engine being used
