rocky Posted July 21, 2010 Share Posted July 21, 2010 You are right. PrestaShop has no notification system built in for the merchandise return. When I go to Orders > Statuses and try to edit one of the return states, I do not get the same option to send an email that I get when I edit an order state. I don't think it would be easy to add this option. You can post a feature request and hopefully it will be added in a future version of PrestaShop. I just had another case where I've almost overseen and missed an RMA request from a customer. too bad that such orders are not highlighted in the order summary or that I am not sent an email reminder... rocky Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 As far as I can tell, this issue still hasn't been addressed in PrestaShop v1.4.3. There is no way to be notified when a RMA is received. You must manually check for them. I started working on a module that let you receive notifications in the Windows 7 taskbar for orders, RMAs, comments, etc a long time ago.
