vergami
Hi there i hope someone could help me out.... i have a huge problem, the whole shop is down. I changed something in ps backoffice, in the section traffic&seo. so now i get this error. The URL looks like this : http://www.shop.com/www.shop.com/. the only thing i can see that the .htaccess doc on the ftp was changed at this time but i have no idea how to fix it. i would be really really thankful if someone could hepl me out. the store is online normaly so it is kind of bad..... Thanks a lot in advance! Regards Alex Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. polosat
Hi, You mean you can't access even Back Office? Try to simply delete .htaccess, it should help (make a backup just in case). Then navigate to SEO & URLs page and set correct values for Shop domain, SSL domain and Base URI. Usually they are "your_domain", "your_domain" and "/" accordingly.
