Rail Balco Posted October 27, 2017 Share Posted October 27, 2017 We are running 1.7.2.2 and sometimes when i click add to cart, i get popup that product was added to cart, but if i go then directly to cart, it's empty. It happens only sometimes, so it is hard to capture on video. Anyone having an idea what might be the problem? Don't want to start ticket before i gather enough evidence it is indeed problem of presta, not some module. Web VIZO Posted October 27, 2017 Share Posted October 27, 2017 Hello Rail Balco, Is it possible for you to enable debug mode and capture the HTTP Traffic when the issue happens? This is really simple to do, just download Fiddler (free application), and leave it running while you are testing the issue. If you try and the issue doesn't happen, clean the sessions (CTRL + X) and try again, until that happens. Whenever that happen, just save the Fiddler SAZ file and provide it to us.
