heliumdream Posted October 24, 2017 Share Posted October 24, 2017 (edited) Hi there, I would like to Reduce the length of time it takes for Non Ordered carts to turn into Abandoned carts. I found this older thread with a suggestion: I tried changing the value on line 46 (in PrestaShop v1.6.1.6) of controllers/AdminCartsController.php from 84600 seconds down to more like 10. This didn't appear to help non-ordered carts change status to abandoned any quicker. Thanks for the help!
