sandame
Hello, I have a bit of a head scratcher here, I am trying to put monetico as a payment option on my site, using prestashop 1.7. However, when the client has paid and is sent back to my site, he is directed to the order history page instead of the order confirmation page. in addition, the transaction doesn't show up in the order history page and the cart isn't cleared. its as if my site doesn't receive anything to tell it the order is "done". Here is the return addresses i set : https://Mysite.fr/order.phphttps://Mysite.fr/order-confirmation.phphttps://Mysite.fr/modules/monetico1f/Ret-Monetico-17.php As the module advised. Everything else works, the order goes through, the client is billed and receive a receipt by mail. I'm sure the solution is painfully obvious to a prestashop veteran but i have no idea where to go from here, and i didn't find a solution in the forum. bellini13
what payment module are you using? Where did it originate from?
sandame
I'm using the "Monetico module de paiement CM-CIC" that was recommended on the monetico website itself. (in french, sorry)
bellini13
Unfortunately this looks like a paid module, so not much I can do to look at the code. It is obviously broken, I would suggest contacting the vendor you purchased this from and ask them for support
