How in prestashop 1.7.2.3 add custome css file??

In file theme.yml i add:

 

assets:
  use_parent_assets: false
  css:
      all:
        - id: custom-template-style
          path: assets/css/torex.css
          media: all
          priority: 999

 

And in /assets/css/ put torex.css file

After reload page nothing happend, what is wrong?

Also how add  .JS file?

First i have 1.7.2, not 1.7.1, here config/themes/themename/shop1.json and also in standart tamplate no json files, my config folder in root dir doesnot have themes dir, also im my example i write:

use_parent_assets: false

And its not help.

I have the same issue, Could you solve it? I am using 1.7.2.4 and no config/themes folder
