ZoXx
Hello together, we've got some trouble with our shop. We've got a discount on our complete shop. It is a fix price. I checked backend and we've got not discount set or something like that. It is on every product. Somebody can help and maybe give me a tip where i can check in database? Shop version is 1.6 Edited October 21, 2017 by ZoXx (see edit history)
bellini13
In the back office, you have checked the following page? Price Rules > Catalog Price Rules

bellini13
This issue is likely specific to your shop and a result of a failed upgrade, or some module or customization perhaps that has introduced bad data. It will be rather difficult for anyone on the forum to continue to guess at the problem. Perhaps you should consider restoring your site from a backup
ZoXx
We didnt make a upgrade or something like that since 3 month. It appeared suddenly. Edited October 27, 2017 by ZoXx (see edit history)
bellini13
It really doesn't change my previous response. It is likely the result of a change you have made, module installed or updated, customization, theme etc... It will be rather difficult for anyone on the forum to continue to guess at the problem.
