PoSSeK
Hi there, I am using Prestashop 1.6.15. After moving my website to a new server it's doing strange things: I have installed a new module (one page checkout) and it is not being displayed in the modules list, no matter where I look for it. It says I don't have any payment method installed but on my website Paypal is working correctly. On the payment methods list I have the option to click the install button, but when I do it, it says it's already installed Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks friends!
Scully
If the problem is really related to your new installed checkout module => contact the module developper.
PoSSeK
Hi, no new module is showing up, nor any payment method installed. I think it has something to do with memory maybe?
bellini13
sounds like your new server is configured differently from your old server. you may need to contact your hosting provider and see if they have implemented some kind of server side cache, which could be causing the problems you are having
DigitalManager
Hello, I have the same issue. Migrated from 1and1 to GoDaddy and have problem right there in the checkout payment methods which don't show up. Tried every possible solution, also the theme developers tried to figure it out... Nothing. Might be a server-side problem, really. Please update if you have good news or hints! Thank you
