Email alert does not work

Dear all,

Could somebody help me with this problem? I installed module Email alert v 2.2. I expected that when somebody makes order I will be notificated by email.

Even though it does not work. When I make some test order, customer received two emails but me as purchaser nothing.

It's working fine for me, so it must be a server configuration issue. Try following the advice here.

Hi joga.

I don't know if you still have this problem but here goes.

I had the exactly same problem, my customers got confirmation mails but I didn't get any orders by mail. My problem was due to that I didn't have a folder for my particular language in the folder /modules/mailalerts/mails/

I solved the problem by copying the folder "en" in the directory /modules/mailalerts/mails/ renamed the copy to "sv" (Sweden, my language) and pasted it in the same directory. Now it works.

I'm getting this same error. In both of my pages. I really don't know what else to do. They are both prestashop 1.4.7.0.
