Server 500 code

Hello all I got a problem when starting with Prestashop adding a new product. When I try to download the picture of the product here is the error msg displaying:

 

"images.jpg;Server responded with 500 code."

 

Anyone have the problem and know how to fix it?

Sorry for delay in response ndiaga but there is the error when I insert a new customer could you pls help me?
