Different between "Non ordered" and "abandoned cart"...

Hi,

really i didn't understand the difference between those status:

"Non ordered" and "abandoned cart"

the modules which reminds the customer about "Non ordered" or "abandoned cart", how do they recognize the client who is not inscribed on the site?

@ballashop - for to reduce abandoned carts you can use the native and free module "Customer follow-up -> cancelled carts"  on your back-office module list.

Yes it is this module. There you have a section for abandonned carts. Is a very simple one, but also effective. If does not serve to you, than please check for more abandoned carts modules on official Prestashop addons site.
