Error In Prestashop up-gradation from 1.6 to 1.7

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to upgrade prestashop from 1.6.1.11 to 1.7 but no success . After successful up-gradation of files its stopped on the database upgradadation and no error is showing. i have installed a fresh prestashop version 1.6.1.11 and using the 1-Click upgrade plugin to upgrade. i also attach the 1-Click upgrade plugin in this post and upgradation error screenshot.

So, please help me to upgrade prestashop from 1.6 to latest version.

Same if used that beta test version of autoupgrade module

I have the same but got my web hosting to do a restor to 2 days ago but know I can not get on orders from dashboard or anywhere I have found that I’m missing a file

Some PrestaShop files are missing from your server.
(/cache/smarty/compile/index.php)

any help would be good

Just add file from backup.. or this one attached (this one is from 1.6.1.17 but they should be the same). But I am quite sure it won't solve your order making problem.

What’s the best way of adding it sorry to ask

via your FTP manager or on your hosting via cpanel (or something they use to give you acess to files), if you have one.
