DArnaez
After install the SSL service I was able to run the payment module Stripe that require a SSL site. Now the problem is that when I test it in Chrome, going to the checkout page I receive the "Your connection is not private" https://www.ohmyicons.com/en/order Any clue about how to resolve this issue? I think I'm loosing sales. Thanks!

DArnaez
Thanks buddy. I tried but the problem still there. specifically in Chrome. Please check if https://www.ohmyicons.com/en/order show you the same. Thanks! Today I spend the whole day with the Hostgator team to resolve the problem that was basically they put in the certificate the domain without the "www..". Now they change it. My question now is... it this issue caused by the certificate, or the theme used... or the .htaccess file?
razaro
That error is fixed, nice job. But you still have issue with certificate. It should be both for www and non-www. It is not htaccess issue. You can even try free Lets Encrypt, probably available at your cPanel. But maybe better hosting sort that.
SophieWilson655Qn
Make sure your time and date are sync Sending resync command to local computer Command : w32tm /resync if it is sync and still getting error i do recommend clear some cache on your browser and update it. sometimes this issue will it it if not i found another solution and it works as well following solution No.2 from this website https://www.errorsolutions.tech/error/your-connection-is-not-private-chrome-error/ to sort this issue out.
