Posted October 10, 2017 Share Posted October 10, 2017 (edited) Using Prestashop 1.6.1.17 after recent upgrade. with modules Cart Block v1.6.1 - by prestashop SecureTrading Payment Pages v1 - by Peter Barrow In my transaction tests with mastercard I get: the payment successful page an email from Secure Trading confirming the successful transaction I don't get: the order_conf email from Prestashop doesn't arrive (order status 'Payment Accepted' is set to trigger order_conf email) My cart isn't emptied after purchase there's no record of my order in My account>Order history> there's no record of the order in admin>Orders The test email in email config comes through OK. Can anyone help? Any ideas what's wrong? I uninstalled and reinstalled the cart - didn't help. I've got debug on. User firednly URLs are off. I haven't found anything useful in logs yet.
