Zohaib-fk Posted October 10, 2017 Share Posted October 10, 2017 Hi, I want to upgrade my prestashop instance from version 1.7.1.0 to 1.7.2.3 I have install 1 click upgrade module and put shop on maintenance mode. I did PRE-UPGRADE CHECKLIST and try to upgrade my instance but not working. I am getting below message and upgrade not working. Error: Unable to check md5 files Any idea? For me appears this message that I believe is the error (Error Unable to check md5 files). Saeid Posted March 21, 2018 Share Posted March 21, 2018 I change Permission of all files to 644 and folders to 755 and error went but after I started the process it gave me this error : [Ajax / Server Error for action upgradeDb] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " " Now I lost my website and have to restore everything from backup. everything in prestashop is really a pain!
