How to change SQL QUERY in orders page in Admin

I would like to change the query, which is shown when clicked SHOW SQL QUERY in Orders page in Admin panel.

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.15

 

How can I change that query.

 

I'm getting all the orders in csv file when I clicked EXPORT button, I want to change the results of that csv file. So, I thought to change that query, which gives me the required details.

 

at the same time, the output file name is .CSV, but the file is having SEMI-COLON SEPERATED fields.

 

Any suggestions to modify the output file format. ( replacing SEMI-COLON with COMA )
