casperino Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 (edited) Hello, when I put some product to the basket and finish my shopping I received "New Order Email" where are unselected products, which I did not put to the basket, the same when I check order details in Order details in administration. Sometimes there are also demo product which I deleted. Could you please advise me how can I solve it? Thank you very much in advance. camila.254 Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 this problem can only happen if you install some custom module that making changes to the order process. Try to check your module list and disable custom modules that you think it can be problem... then test the order process again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
