Unable to modify Paypal module

Hello,

Prestashop: 1.7.2.2

Paypal module: v4.1.0

I'm unable to activate and modify the paypal module v4.1.0, when I press the activate button it stays on the same page. I assume a modify bitton should appear where I can enter my Paypal credentials.

Any help appreciated.
